Microface Limited
Cookie policy
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used in connection with the Microface website.
Your cookie choices
Accept or reject optional cookies at any time. Your choice does not affect access to the website or enquiry form.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include browser storage, pixels and identifiers used to remember information or observe activity. Rules about storing or accessing information on a device can apply even where that information is not personal data.
2. Website features
We remember your optional-cookie choice on your device for up to 180 days, including when you choose to reject. The enquiry form works whichever option you choose. Restricted staff areas use an essential session cookie to keep authorised users signed in and protect their requests. This cookie lasts for the browser session; access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or four hours, whichever comes first. Staff sign-in is separate from public browsing and is explained in our privacy policy. Optional advertising measurement is not used in the administration area.
Read our privacy policy3. Optional Google Ads measurement
Google's advertising tag is blocked until you accept advertising cookies. We use basic consent mode: rejection does not load the tag or send cookieless measurement pings. After acceptance, Google can use cookies such as _gcl_aw and _gcl_au (typically lasting up to 90 days) and technical information to attribute successful enquiries to adverts. Google may also use cookies on its own domains according to its policies and your browser settings. We do not enable Google Analytics, enhanced conversions or personalised advertising. The conversion event contains a random event identifier and a nominal GBP 1 reporting value, not a purchase amount or charge. Form content is not sent in that event. Google may process information internationally; see Google's information about its use of data.
Google advertising measurement and data use4. Hosting, security and browser caching
Our hosting infrastructure is separate from the page features described above. Hosting and security services may process connection information and server logs to deliver and protect the website. Server logs are not cookies. Your browser may also cache website files to load pages more quickly. Infrastructure cookies, if deployed, require their own assessment; this policy does not describe a specific hosting cookie as strictly necessary without that assessment.
5. Your choices
Choose Accept optional cookies or Reject optional cookies in our banner. Use the Cookies link at the bottom of any public page, then select Cookie settings near the top of the cookie policy to change your choice. Withdrawing consent removes accessible first-party Google advertising cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag; save any unfinished enquiry first. Other open tabs also respond to the changed preference. We cannot delete cookies on Google's domains or recall information already transmitted; use your browser and Google privacy controls to manage those. After 180 days we ask again. If preference storage is unavailable, tracking remains blocked unless a valid previous acceptance is still available. You can also inspect or delete website storage in your browser. We update this policy when our practices change.
